2. Services

GreenCraft provides lawn maintenance, landscaping design, hardscaping, seasonal cleanup, irrigation installation, and tree and shrub care services to residential properties in the Austin area.

All service descriptions on this website are for general informational purposes. The exact scope, pricing, and timeline of any service will be confirmed in a written quote provided after a free property assessment. Services are subject to availability and the specific conditions of your property.

We reserve the right to decline or modify a service request if conditions at the property make it unsafe or impractical to complete the work as described.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by GreenCraft are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary based on property size, current conditions, and the specific requirements identified during the site assessment.

For monthly maintenance plans, pricing will be confirmed at the start of each plan and may be reviewed annually. Any changes to ongoing pricing will be communicated in writing with at least 30 days notice.

One-off service pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins. Additional work identified during the visit that falls outside the original scope will be discussed with the homeowner before proceeding.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

Service visits are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule a visit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee for one-off services.

For monthly maintenance plans, visits rescheduled due to weather or circumstances outside our control will be completed within 48 hours at no additional cost to you.

GreenCraft reserves the right to reschedule visits due to extreme weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances that would affect the quality or safety of the work.

5. Payment

For one-off services, payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For monthly maintenance plans, payment is collected on the 1st of each month. You will receive a receipt by email after every visit confirming the work completed.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and check. Invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date may be subject to a late payment fee.

6. Access to Property

By booking a service with GreenCraft, you confirm that you have the authority to grant us access to the property and that we may access the relevant areas of the property on the agreed service date.

Please ensure gates are unlocked and access routes are clear on the day of your scheduled visit. If we are unable to access the property on the agreed date due to a locked gate or obstruction, the visit may be treated as a cancelled visit.

All pets should be secured indoors or away from the work area during service visits for their safety and the safety of our crew.

7. Our Responsibility

GreenCraft is fully licensed and insured. We take care in everything we do, and we stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, please contact us within 48 hours of the visit and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost.

We are not liable for pre-existing conditions on the property, including but not limited to underground pipes, cables, or irrigation lines that are not marked or communicated to us before work begins. Please advise us of any known underground utilities or features before your first service visit.

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided in the relevant visit or project.

8. Plant Health and Guarantees

For landscaping design and planting projects, GreenCraft will replace any plant that fails to establish within 30 days of installation, provided the failure is due to our installation method and not due to conditions outside our control, including but not limited to drought, flooding, pest damage, or care instructions not followed.

We are not responsible for the long-term health of plants after the post-installation period or where the property conditions change significantly after installation.

The content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of GreenCraft Lawn & Landscape LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our written permission.
